Why we process your data
Subscribe to the newsletter
Purpose: We use the e-mail address to send newsletters about interesting things and news in the field of privacy and personal data protection.
Legal basis: You receive the newsletter voluntarily, with consent.
If you have used or expressed interest in one of our services or training, we will send you a newsletter that you may find useful and interesting. In this case, we process the data based on our legitimate interest.
At any time, you can simply unsubscribe from our newsletter list by selecting the option at the bottom of each newsletter, after which we will no longer send you the newsletter.
Data retention period: We will keep your data for up to 30 days after unsubscribing, as proof of unsubscribing to ensure that we do not send you unwanted content.
Issuance of an offer
Purpose: We use your e-mail address, first and last name, company name and contact phone number in order to issue you an offer for the requested service or register you as an attendee of the training/seminar and provide all the necessary information.
Legal basis: We issue the offer at your request, and the processing is based on the undertaking of pre-contractual work at the respondent’s request, that is, the execution of the concluded contract.
Data retention period: We store data during the provision of the contracted service. We store data that is necessary for the fulfilment of our legal obligations in accordance with special laws that regulate mandatory relationships, finance and accounting and other obligations to which commercial companies are subject.
Third parties
Recipients of data: We do not forward your data to other data processors. We use only verified and reliable processors – the server of this website and the service for automated sending of electronic mail (newsletter) – Sendinblue based in Paris, France.
Links to other websites: When we publish links to other websites in informative articles and newsletters, we cannot guarantee the same level of privacy as on this site, so be sure to familiarize yourself with the terms of use of those sites.
